GLO SEAL SPE-SDSK-CS INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Identify low-side flare fitting. Holding the adapter in hand, push up and pivot the inner body to either 5/16” flare OR 1/4” flare.

Thread the adapter onto the low-side fitting. Remove the syringe cap and screw tip into adapter’s receiving port.
Step 3
Close high-side valve, pump down system to 0 PSI. For low-pressure systems, pump down is not required. DO NOT exceed 40 PSI (2.75 BAR) of low-side pressure for all systems.
Step 4
To inject GLO Seal, thread the syringe and knob clockwise together to access the system. Then, firmly push down on the syringe plunger to inject all contents into the system.

Step 5
After injection, disconnect components in reverse order of assembly and return system to normal operating conditions. Wipe clean and allow 15-30 minutes for the seal to take place with system running.

GLO Seal pinpoints the location of all internal micro leaks, forming a repair from the inside and can remain safely in the system.
Step 7
Scan the system with a UV light to find all leak areas glowing brightly with GLO Seal concentrated dye. Make an external repair to ensure all leaks are fixed.

CONNECT
With the system running, connect adapter to fitting.
Isolate
Pump down the system. Partition the high/ low side of system.
INJECT
Inject GLO Seal UV Dye + Sealant into the system.
DETAILS
- Seals micro leaks in condensers, evaporators, O-rings, and hoses.
- GLO Seal is a non-polymer, non-hazardous, oil-soluble formula that seals pinhole leaks caused from pitting, corrosion, loosened fittings or abrasion.
- When GLO Seal is added to a leaking system, the sealant coagulates at a leak site where there is a pressure or temperature differential. A pliable web-like seal will form to stop the leak.
- Compatible with all refrigerants and lubricants including but not limited to R410a, R32, R290 and R600a.

IMPORTANT
- The system must be running and contain enough refrigerant to operate the compressor and circulate GLO Seal to seal leaks.
- Prior to injecting GLO Seal into any AC&R system, inspect the service port(s) and valve cores for damage, and open any supplemental hand or solenoid valves to allow for injection.
- Pump down to 0 PSI is required for proper use. For low-pressure systems, pump down is not required. DO NOT exceed 40 PSI (2.75 BAR) of low-side pressure for all systems.
- Best practice for Dual Adapter is single-use.
- Wear protective glasses or goggles while working on any AC&R system.

If the gasket (Item 7) is disconnected, firmly reseat the gasket in the outer slide (6). If the knob (1) is disconnected from the adapter, first ensure the ball (3) is inserted in the knob’s lower opening and then continue to place the pin (4) in the knob’s opening as well. Next, turn the knob clockwise into the top of the outer slide (6). The knob and the outer slide are now secured, and the GLO Seal Dual Adapter is ready for use.
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly after handling. Wipe all spills to avoid stains. Store in a cool place away from sunlight. Store in climate controlled, dry area. Dispose of in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.
